Before becoming an agent, I spent three years as a State Farm team member, building experience in both account management and sales. Outside of work, I'm married with five children, four of whom are adopted, ranging in age from 4 to 22. Giving back is important to our family and our agency. We proudly support MiGear, a local nonprofit that provides essential items and support to children entering foster care. ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Account Associate for Ryan Randall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
