Before becoming an agent, I spent three years as a State Farm team member, building experience in both account management and sales. Outside of work, I'm married with five children, four of whom are adopted, ranging in age from 4 to 22. Giving back is important to our family and our agency. Role Description As an Account Manager for Ryan Randall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
