Registered Nurse ER | Lancaster, California

Available shifts and scheduling options:

• Openings available: 2 Day shifts, 2 Night shifts
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM start
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM start
• Schedules: GWW 36 or GWW 48 hour options

Key qualifications:

• Active California RN license required
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS
• CPI or MAB certification
• NIHSS certification
• At least 2 years of relevant emergency department experience, including Level I and II trauma exposure
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience in ED settings

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for diverse emergency cases, including trauma and acute medical situations
• Rapidly assess, triage, and initiate care for patients, demonstrating expert clinical skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor and interpret vital signs, and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Engage in patient and family education, offering compassionate support and communication
