Direct Support Professional positions are located in Hardyston, Lafayette, and Sparta, NJ. Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour and increases with education/experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living goals such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Plan, implement, and document programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. Age 18 or older. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Empathetic with a team approach to care for individuals.
