Laborers Needed in Sarver

An established company in Sarver needs production laborers. This is a small family-owned ceramics plant that produce ceramic pieces used in electronics.

Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm, 4pm-midnight, 11:30pm-7:30am.
- $15/hr. to start. + weekly incentive pay for perfect attendance! $1/hr = $40 incentive pay a week if attend all scheduled shifts as scheduled!
- Once permanent $18.10+/hr., with benefits.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operators: Run machines that process small parts.
The position requires standing for 8 hours, lifting of raw materials, 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Laborers: Quality Control and sorting of small pieces, requires standing for 8 hours and lifting 10 lbs. shoulder height occasionally throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet client-specific background requirements and pass a drug test.
Candidates must be able to work all three shifts.
Shifts are switched on a 2-week basis, and advance notice is given.
