Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference while growing your experience in a school setting? ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to split their time between two schools in Bangor and Hartford, MI. This position is starting ASAP through June 4th.
Position Details
- Full time hours (40/week)
- ASAP until June 4th
- Half time spent in Bangor, MI and other half in Hartford, MI
- Mostly K-5th grades with a few middle schoolers
Duties
- Provide occupational therapy services based on students' IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical input and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree
- Active or pending MI OT license
- Ability to provide services onsite in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
