Position Type: Full-Time | School-Based Contract
Employment: W-2 | Hourly

Make a Difference in Students’ Lives
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a public school district in the Bangor, MI area. This is a great opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping students build the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently.
As a ProCare Therapy clinician, you'll receive the stability of W-2 employment and hourly pay while working directly with students in a supportive school environment.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based OT position
- W-2 employment through ProCare Therapy
- Competitive hourly compensation
- Placement within a public school district
- Provide occupational therapy services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
- Complete evaluations and assessments as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, functional, and other skills necessary for success in the school environment
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related accredited OT program
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
- NBCOT certification preferred
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting student success
