Your primary responsible will be ensuring the overall quality and timeliness of financial reporting and audit cycles for all funds and clients and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities   Act as point of contact for Fund Accounting for internal and external stake holders in relation to audit and reporting cyclesIndependently research and respond to auditor and internal inquiries in a timely manner. Participate on calls and in-person meetings with external auditors and clientsMonitor subsequent accounting activity, oversee general ledger adjusting entriesStay vigilant about cybersecurity practices, proactively detecting possible threats and deploying strategic measures to safeguard information and systemsHave knowledge of internal systems, operations, and client structures, i.e., various types of portfolios, deliverables, and client specific requirementsHave knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting such as trades and corporate action processing, pricing, income accruals, etc. to respond to auditor and internal inquiriesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills  Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, with a focus on process improvements Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectivelyContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platformTeam player with the ability to work productively within a group and maintain a high degree of independenceAbility to partner with internal teams and external clients to ensure resolution of open queries or exception itemsStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skills JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
