Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex

Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary :
Designs, develops, and delivers community health programs and resources.

Responsibilities :

• Perform community biometric screenings including lipids and glucose via fingerstick, blood pressure, height and weight in schools with students and families.
• May provide cardiovascular education, hands-only-CPR education in schools and with families based on department needs.
• Develops program content based on research and analysis of subject and population-specific data and community needs.
• Develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote awareness of programs and resources. Provides health education and resources to staff, patients, families, schools and community groups.
• May organize and facilitate community health screenings, wellness programs, and educational activities. Serves as a community health resource and consultant to staff, physicians, community agencies, and other community health professionals.
• May collaborate on procuring funding and resources that support program initiatives. May collaborate on the design and implementation of research projects.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license and insurance required.
