Hybrid Retention Specialist: Student Success & Interventions

The Retention Specialist at UC San Diego works under the CASP director to plan and coordinate retention initiatives for targeted student populations, including those on academic probation or dismissed, with emphasis on close collaboration with campus partners to design interventions. Responsibilities focus on analyzing cohort data, providing advisement, and supporting Colleges and Deans to help students stay enrolled and complete degrees, across January, May, June, August and December cycles. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of California San Diego
