Marketing Coordinator We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) in-office candidate. Remote option is not available. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help families find Marshall and show great people what it’s like to join our team. You’ll get to tell the Marshall story through social media, our website, video, print, and community events. You’re a good fit if: You have 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, or a strong foundation in digital marketing and a desire to grow in it (a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred) You know digital marketing, including social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, and website and Google Business Profile analytics You write clear, compelling copy and proofread everything before it goes out You take quality photos and video, and you’re comfortable in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or a similar design platform You like proving what works, tracking results, managing a monthly budget, and reporting on what the numbers showYou enjoy being out in the community at events, including occasional evenings and weekends, and you build partnerships easily You are organized, comfortable with technology and AI tools, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines You have a stable work history, excellent attendance, and a positive, dependable presence We hire intentionally, because fit matters more than filling a seat.
