Job Description:

MS RN responsible for developing and implementing patient-specific care plans by collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. This includes discharge planning, emergency response when necessary, and administering prescribed therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans based on patient interviews and health records.
• Initiate emergency measures when needed, including resuscitation.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
• Document interventions and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Evaluate patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Oversee care provided by LPNs and unlicensed staff.
• Maintain technical, ethical, and legal nursing standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Ability to work with pediatric patients.
• Proficiency in communication and physical demands.
• Navy Blue Scrubs attire required.
• Completion of background check and drug screening.
