Purchasing Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting procurement and order processing activities, the full-time Purchasing Associate will manage vendor coordination, track orders, and assist with renewals to ensure operational efficiency and a positive client experience. Key responsibilities Prepare, submit, and process product and service orders with vendors and distributors Maintain accurate records and documentation related to renewals and purchasing activities Assist with resolving discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, or vendor transactions Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, or operations Familiarity with accounting or ERP software Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience supporting procurement, Accounts Payable, or order processing activities Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar professional services automation platform preferred
