The Role We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will keep our facility running safely and smoothly for our residents and staff. You will handle day‑to‑day repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders in a timely manner. What You'll Do Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Complete repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other building components Respond to and complete resident and staff maintenance requests promptly Inspect and maintain life safety systems including fire extinguishers and exit lighting Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep throughout the facility Maintain grounds including lawn care and snow removal Assist with unit turnovers — repairs, cleaning, and inspections Document completed work orders accurately What We're Looking For 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or related trade experience (senior living or healthcare a plus) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems Valid driver's license required EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders Strong communication skills and a positive, resident‑friendly attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays A supportive team environment where your work truly makes a difference Schedule Full‑time position.
