This role ensures the achievement of client service, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance objectives while fostering a positive and accountable work environment. The Site Location Manager partners with senior leadership, supervisors, and operational teams to drive business results, develop employees, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Title: Site Location ManagerLocation: Onsite- Waco, TX (5045 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX 76710)Schedule: First Shift Monday - FridayCompensation: $90,000 - $95,000Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily site operations to achieve client, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance goals.Manage and develop supervisors and frontline employees through coaching, performance management, and leadership support.Monitor operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting to identify trends and drive business results.Partner with Directors and Vice Presidents on workforce planning, operational strategy, and performance improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and professional development.Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.Address employee relations, attendance, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.Oversee quality assurance activities and implement corrective action plans when performance expectations are not met.Review payroll records, maintain operational documentation, and coordinate support requests with internal partners.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, financial services, call center operations, or a related field.Three (3) or more years of leadership experience managing supervisors and frontline teams.Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and drive business results.Experience leading teams in a performance-driven environment focused on productivity, quality, and service objectives.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing large operational teams in a contact center or production-based environment.Experience leading continuous improvement, quality assurance, or operational excellence initiatives.Proven success managing client service, revenue, and workforce performance objectives simultaneously.Experience in revenue recovery, healthcare revenue cycle, or collections operations.Employment eligibility:Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hireThe company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this positionAs a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conductedAt this time, we are unable to consider candidates residing in the state of New York for this positionWhat's In It For You:At Meduit, we believe exceptional leaders deserve the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow their own careers.
