Operations Project Manager

Holt Group, a Bend, Oregon–based civil engineering and consulting firm, is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure and land development projects. In this role you will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across civil, structural, and water resources teams, while supporting permitting and regulatory documentation. You will serve as an operational hub for project managers and clients, standardize workflows, and track performance metrics. This position offers a collaborative small‑firm culture, strong work‑life balance, and clear paths to grow into technical or project leadership.
