Job Title: Endodontist

Location: Tampa, Florida

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Setting: Multi-location dental practice

Compensation Structure

• Structured base salary of $400,000 per year

• Opportunity to earn additional income based on production and collections

• Strong referral and patient base supporting high earning potential

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between assigned clinic locations

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental pulp and root canal-related conditions

• Perform endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy and related treatments

• Manage a consistent patient caseload and maintain high standards of clinical care

• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient and patient-centered treatment delivery

• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health maintenance

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional standards

Travel Requirements

This role involves providing services across multiple clinic locations within the Tampa Bay region.

• Providers work at one location per day

• Typically rotate across four locations per week within a network of six clinics

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations

• All necessary equipment and supplies are available on-site at each facility

• Monthly schedules are provided in advance to support travel planning

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Dental License

• Endodontics certification

• DEA license

• Clinical Endodontic experience

• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient schedule

Preferred

• Clinical endodontic experience preferred

• Experience in a multi-location or high-volume practice setting

• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
