Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join a modern outpatient dental practice across multiple locations in the Tampa, FL area. This role focuses on delivering advanced endodontic care, including root canal therapy and related procedures, while ensuring exceptional patient comfort and clinical outcomes.

The Endodontist will collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, maintain high clinical standards, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions.
• Perform advanced endodontic procedures including root canal therapy and retreatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams for coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients on procedures, oral health, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinical standards.
• Utilize modern dental technologies and best practices to improve outcomes.
• Travel between nearby clinic locations as required based on schedule and caseload.

Patient Population:

• Adult and general dental patients requiring specialized endodontic treatments, including root canal therapy and related procedures in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as an Endodontist.
• Strong expertise in advanced endodontic procedures.
• Solid foundation in general dentistry.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
