About Travel Guard
This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will build and growth high-impact relationships with key retail partners while acting as a trust advisor who drives account success, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic solutions, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative ideas that elevate client performance and strength long-term partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships
Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth
Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings
Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field, preferable within the travel or financial services industry
Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity
Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, results-orientated, accountable, with the ability to work independently

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. For more information about our Total Rewards, please click here ( . Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.
The combined salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
