Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist

UF Health

UF Health is seeking a skilled CST First Assist to join our Main Operating Room team. In this full-time day shift role, you will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to deliver exceptional, patient-centered surgical care. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, maintaining a sterile field, preparing instruments, and supporting pre- and post-operative care. UF Health offers a collaborative, inclusive culture with strong support for professional development, continuous learning, and participation in innovative, research-driven care.
