Schedule: Days, 10 hours

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
• Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures while delivering high-quality care.
