Sr Global Protective Security Operations Specialist

Illumina seeks a Senior Global Protective Security Operations Specialist to manage travel security risk assessments, coordinate executive protection for corporate events, and conduct internal security investigations. The role combines proactive threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, and crisis management to safeguard personnel and operations across global locations.

Responsibilities

• Administer global travel security systems, assessments, and vendor management
• Conduct travel risk assessments and provide security briefings for high-risk destinations
• Monitor worldwide threats using intelligence resources to identify impacts on operations
• Design and implement security plans for corporate events, product launches, and board meetings
• Produce intelligence products including travel advisories, risk assessments, and executive briefings

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive security experience in corporate security, intelligence, or executive protection
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in travel security or corporate risk assessment functions
• Proficiency with open source and tactical intelligence platforms
• Knowledge of geopolitical risk assessment and threat monitoring methodologies
• Ability to conduct investigations into workplace threats and insider risks
