This includes development, implementation, and administration of business development strategies and objectives to achieve the goals of the civil program. Market Development Leader administers business development strategies and directives amongst the personnel within the civil program to implement a consistent vision supported by the business unit business plans to meet growth and profit goals and enhance the firm’s reputation.
