Substance Use Treatment Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks Substance Use Treatment Support Staff to provide direct, recovery-focused support to individuals participating in substance use services. In this role, you’ll assist with client intake, orientation, daily routines, and transportation; help implement group and individual programming; and closely document participation, progress, and incidents. Working alongside counselors and case managers, you’ll promote safety, structure, and hope while connecting clients with resources that support long-term recovery.
