Addiction Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking Addiction Support Staff to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals in recovery within a structured residential or program setting. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, groups, and appointments; monitor and document client behavior; and help implement treatment and safety plans under the direction of clinical professionals. You will model healthy coping skills, support crisis response, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while advancing LSS’s mission of dignity, service, and social justice in a client-centered environment.
