Rise Up Restaurants is seeking a Manager, Operations Integration to help turn executive strategy into real-world execution across our growing Wingstop organization.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations , this highly visible role will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable processes and tools, and partner with both corporate and field leaders to ensure new programs don't just launch — they stick.

Compensation: Competitive salary + Period Bonus
Location: San Antonio Corporate Office
Travel: Approximately 30%

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation

• Turn executive direction into clear, actionable plans for restaurant teams

• Build playbooks, SOPs, presentations, communications, and training materials

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Partner with Field Operations, Training, HR, Marketing, and IT

• Support the rollout and adoption of key Wingstop initiatives

• Spend approximately 30% of your time in the field , gathering feedback and validating execution

• Measure adoption, identify gaps, and help improve processes

• Lead special projects for executive leadership

• Create solutions that can scale across a growing restaurant organization

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have 3–7 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, project management, training, or a related field

• Know how to take a big idea and turn it into an executable plan

• Are highly organized and can manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Are analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver

• Communicate confidently with both restaurant teams and executive leadership

• Are comfortable working independently and don't need step-by-step direction

• Take ownership, set priorities, and keep projects moving

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office , with AI and Power BI experience strongly preferred

• Are willing to travel approximately 30%
