Assistant Project Manager - Commercial

Commercial & Multifamily Construction Locations: Charlotte, NC | Greensboro, NC | Raleigh, NC | Charleston, SC

We are seeking Assistant Project Managers to join our growing Commercial and Multifamily Construction teams. With a strong backlog and an exciting pipeline of projects across the Carolinas, this is an opportunity to build your career with a well-established and financially strong contractor.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers through all phases of construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Participate in project meetings and maintain project records
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Assist with project closeout and final documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of construction experience, internship, or project coordination experience
• Commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
