Occupational Therapist — Rehab & Functional Independence

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our care team in Washington. The OT will evaluate residents, develop and update treatment plans, supervise COTA staff, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and families to support discharge planning and functional goals. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60 (DOE), with a focus on quality care, safety, and ongoing education. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridge-Crest-Post-Acute
