We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent service and food quality
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Monitor and control inventory, labor, and other costs to maximize revenue and minimize waste
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and accountability
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the restaurant
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes and implement them where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control
• Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture and motivate staff
• Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Pay Range: $73,500 - $78,500 annually
