Inpatient Case Manager — Discharge & Care Leader

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support inpatient admissions at Lahey Clinic. This day-shift role (40 hours/week) includes weekend and holiday rotation and coordinating utilization review, discharge planning and quality assurance with the inpatient nursing team. Requires an RN licensed in Massachusetts with BLS, at least three years of medical/surgical nursing experience and two years in case management. #J-18808-Ljbffr BILH Performance Network
