Day Pediatric Radiologist - Jefferson Radiology

Position Summary Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a Pediatric Radiologist to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. Responsibilities & Work Schedule Full‑time Pediatric Radiologist, capable and willing to read non‑subspecialty diagnostic imaging. Comfortable with all aspects of Pediatric Radiology (plain film, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and MRI). Desire to work in a collaborative environment with local pediatricians and pediatric surgeons. Work schedule: weekdays Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm shifts; weekends on average 11 weekends per year. Call schedule: weeknight and weekend call, combined with weekends scheduled to work. Subspecialty support for interventional procedures, neuroradiology and musculoskeletal MRI available. After‑hours coverage supported by the Emergency Radiology division. Opportunities for leadership, program development and research. Close partnership and collaboration with pediatric medical and surgical specialists. Teaching opportunities available with Radiology residents from Hartford Hospital, the University of Connecticut, and St. Vincent’s Hospital. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board‑eligible or Board‑certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR). Residency trained in an ACGME‑accredited Radiology program. One year of post‑residency fellowship training in Pediatric Imaging. CAQ certification preferred. Fellows welcome to apply. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $400,000–$650,000, with possible variation based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
