Team Leader, Financial Crimes

This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 25-Jun-2026. What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of a Financial Crimes Compliance team supporting the U.S. and Canada. Coach, develop, and support a team of investigators, fostering engagement, growth, and strong performance. Provide subject matter expertise across AML, OFAC/Sanctions, Client Due Diligence, and Fraud. Develop and maintain procedures and training to support consistent, high-quality program execution. Oversee investigations and regulatory reporting, including SARs (U.S.) and STRs (Canada), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor controls, review metrics and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and partnership. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree required. Series 7 license (or ability to obtain within two years). 6+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, including BSA/AML, KYC (U.S.), and AML/ATF and FINTRAC (Canada). Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing others. Strong investigative and analytical skills, with experience assessing risk and overseeing SAR/STR reporting. Sound judgment and the ability to balance regulatory requirements with business needs in complex situations. Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
