Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $46 - $56/hr. Duration: 12 Months

Top Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation with strong project management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing communications, engagement and onsite event activities (5+ years preferred), including ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in parallel
• Proficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday, ServiceNow, and case management tracking tools) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties:

• Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support global wellbeing and benefits strategy.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders relative to ongoing engagement and activities, including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security and Employee Resource Center.
• Participate in collecting and evaluating data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards.
• Document, update and maintain, all program collateral; both internal and external.
• Answer and resolve any escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendor or internal client facing roles.
• Responsible for collecting content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams.
• Partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on the delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities.

• Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones often via email and video
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday, Service Now, and experience with case management tracking solution
• Strong MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint skills desired

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability
• 5+ years' experience effectively managing communications, engagement and onsite event activities.
