Agile Software Development Life Cycle Activities [40%] • Analyzing business requirements and estimating efforts to complete all the phases of software development life cycle. • Conducting Initial analysis and requirement study of creation of the new product projects and application enhancements to provide the estimations. • Performing design and creating architecture of integration applications for the administration of products within the client’s system. • Performing System and Requirement Analysis, identifying strategies for Application design. • Customizing or enhancing the Correspondence Integration Framework to allow the new Products to flow through the Clients Source and end systems • Ensuring compliance with NTT DATA project standards and quality assurance procedures including risk management which helps in early identification and preparation of mitigation strategies.2. Interfacing with customer & delivery team to ensure quality & timely project delivery [30%] • Participating in business team meetings to represent the technical team and to help the business team with technical feasibility for developing various applications or introducing/decommissioning new products, using salient features available in the technology to be used for the development of the system. • Conducting project requirements gathering with clients/business groups and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and customizing the Integration framework applications to set up the panels for Development unit testing, SIT (System Integration Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test) environments as per the requirements for upcoming product project application. • Preparing development strategy document covering Scope, Schedule, Estimates, Resources, Test environment, Assumption, Entry/Exit criteria, deliverables and change management using NTT DATA's defined standards. • Participating in design reviews to gain understanding of functionality to develop and execute automated tests with integrated systems to meet the requirement specification of the customer. • Enhancing the Correspondence Integration Framework for the upcoming products with the business user to test and implement the changes so that it can be used with real time data. • Ensuring effective and clear communication of requirements, expectations, and feedback to the teams at the development centers.3. Quality Assurance Planning, Strategy, and Implementation [15%] • Estimating the growth of all the current system and monitoring the improvement of the enhanced system and taking care of issues, if any. • Testing and integrating the developed enhancements to get them to adhere to the current system. • Participating in integration testing, reviewing the integration defects, and suggesting the release plan for the defects. • Conducting Production Cycle “Run” analysis and support as needed. • Conducting performance and scalability testing for production-based systems for new enhancements and improvements. • Following NTT Data’s strategic quality engineering best practices involving automation and policies on customer products to elevate the organization's Quality Assurance maturity. • Planning and implementing efficient software Quality Assurance processes using best in class test engineering practices.4. Reporting & Metrics [15%] • Tracking performance against established metrics utilizing data to lead decisions and make anticipatory course corrections required for product launch and to meet deliverables. • Operating quality management tools to track execution and management of development, testing and implementations. • Articulating updated Quality Assurance statuses to project and stakeholders in a timely manner • Producing competitive Quality Assurance analysis and performance reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly process • Prepare necessary Runbooks and work with different domains on approvals for application deployment to production during product launch or enhancements. • Address Service disruption, downtime, and applications availability on the platform, resolve any issue and bring the apps back up in no time to avoid business loss. To monitor availability, use automated reports and dashboards using Splunk and New relic. • Review of application performance through load tests and New Relic performance monitors to make sure the application adheres to the memory standards of the platform. • Monitor the product and fixing the issues, bugs, blot wares, etc using automation to eliminate the extent of manual work. Using monitoring to anticipate failures and see them coming, and proactively solve them. • Incident response and management and for reducing the time spent to fix problems when they arise.
