Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Medical Insurance Full-Time | Remote Job Description The Senior Java DevSecOps Senior Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for the design, development, security, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise Java applications. This role combines advanced Java development expertise with DevSecOps practices to ensure applications are secure, scalable, highly available, and efficiently delivered through automated CI/CD pipelines. The technical lead will work closely with software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, cloud architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders. The position will establish development standards, conduct architecture reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and mentor engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and development of enterprise Java applications. Design scalable microservices and API-based solutions. Develop secure Java applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Integrate security testing into software development pipelines. Conduct code reviews and establish development standards. Implement automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes. Work with cloud platforms and containerized environments. Identify application vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation. Mentor Java developers and DevSecOps engineers. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and architecture teams. Required Skills Advanced Java and Spring Boot. Microservices and REST APIs. Docker and Kubernetes. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Git and modern software development practices. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Application security and secure coding. SonarQube, SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning. Linux, scripting, and automation. Strong leadership and technical communication skills. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
