Overview Press Brake Machine Operator — Full Time, Wood Dale, IL. Salary Range: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly. OPTO International is hiring Press Brake Operators in Wood Dale, IL. OPTO is a fast-paced, growing retail store fixture manufacturer serving the retail industry. We focus on clear communication and helping our clients succeed, which in turn supports our ongoing growth. Responsibilities Operate a press brake to manufacture parts and other components from sheet metal. Prepare press tooling, download programs to machine control, and adjust the press brake to meet production schedules. Ensure sufficient raw materials are available. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of the machine and workspace. Interpret technical drawings and work orders. Understand tooling requirements (punch and die). Monitor production quality and quantities; inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience operating a press brake (automatic or manual). Ability to use measuring tools: square, tape measure, caliper, protractor. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication). Understand and follow safety policies and protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr OPTO International
