We're working with a growing aerospace manufacturer that is expanding its machining team and looking for skilled CNC Machinists on both 1st and 2nd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company known for producing high-precision components for the aerospace industry while offering excellent long-term career potential.
Areas of Experience We’re Seeking- CNC Milling
- CNC Lathe / Turning
- CNC Grinding
- 3, 4, or 5-Axis Machining
- Machine Setup
- CNC Programming (for select openings)
- Pay: $25-$38/hr (based on experience)
- Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and Weekend shift
- Type: Direct Hire
- Overtime opportunities and shift differentials available for select positions
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture complex aerospace components
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments
- Produce parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
- Experience maintaining close tolerances and quality standards
- Aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision-machining experience is highly valued
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
You should be proficient in:
- GD&T
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
