CNC Machinists & Operators - Aerospace Manufacturing

$25 - $38 per hour

Job Description

We're working with a growing aerospace manufacturer that is expanding its machining team and looking for skilled CNC Machinists on both 1st and 2nd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company known for producing high-precision components for the aerospace industry while offering excellent long-term career potential.

Areas of Experience We’re Seeking

CNC Milling
CNC Lathe / Turning
CNC Grinding
3, 4, or 5-Axis Machining
Machine Setup
CNC Programming (for select openings)

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $25-$38/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and Weekend shift
Type: Direct Hire
Overtime opportunities and shift differentials available for select positions

What You'll Be Doing

Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture complex aerospace components
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments
Produce parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
Experience maintaining close tolerances and quality standards
Aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision-machining experience is highly valued
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

You should be proficient in:

GD&T
CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
Machine Setups for Production Runs
