Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and tailor therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills and assist with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance on therapy practices, empowering patients and their loved ones to support recovery at home.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust therapy plans to ensure patients remain on their path to success.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for continued education and advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
