Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close coordination with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Guide Patients and Caregivers: Offer insights to patients and their families about therapy methods to ensure continued progress outside of therapy sessions.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their rehabilitation journey.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
