Role Description The Spa Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the studio. This role manages appointment scheduling, welcomes clients, and oversees check-in and check-out procedures to create a polished and calm front-desk experience. The Spa Coordinator answers phone calls and messages, provides accurate service information, and assists with booking and rescheduling sessions. Daily tasks also include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, processing payments, supporting practitioners with client flow, and handling basic administrative duties. The role requires consistent, professional communication and a client-centered approach to service. Qualifications Strong appointment scheduling and calendar management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills, including the ability to provide information and handle inquiries. Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out, and handling front-desk operations. Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment and resolve issues promptly. Comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale software; basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, customer databases). Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced spa or wellness environment. Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and following established procedures; ability to work assigned part-time shifts.
