We're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale restoration projects and help businesses around the country recover from water, fire, and storm damage. Commercial Project Managers define the project scope and assist in the creation of project estimates. The project manager has a thorough understanding of the mitigation and construction processes and building materials that have been affected by wind, water, fire, smoke and other property damage causes.

This is a traveling position. ServiceMaster by Cornerstone is local to Memphis, TN. However, for this position, you will be required to travel anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do:

• Manage large-scale commercial mitigation projects from start to finish
• Lead crews and coordinate logistics in fast-paced disaster recovery environments
• Communicate with business owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
• Conduct site assessments, create scopes of work, and ensure project efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced leader Strong background in commercial water mitigation/restoration | Established track record in leading teams and subcontractor management
• Excellent communicator Can navigate high-stress situations with professionalism and appropriate customer service skills | Strong verbal and written and communication skills
• Hands-on problem solver Quick thinking and adaptability are a must
• Self-starter - Able to work independently | Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Industry expertise IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred
• Ability to travel We go where we're needed | Must be able to travel on an on-call (24/7) basis up to 250 days a year
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
