Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic team in Jackson Center, OH. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Operate extrusion & blow molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly
Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.
Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accomodation
Ability to work a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 schedule
