You will serve as the subject matter expert in consumer and shopper insights, collaborating with our clients and internal teams to add value by applying insights gleaned from Circana data sets including household purchase behavior analysis, surveys, and other custom projects/platforms. Seeking individuals with a natural curiosity and passion for consumer insights who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.This role will support Circana’s engagement with the Nestlé organization will require deep knowledge of panel data to drive training and adoption of Circana’s new and existing consumer and shopper insights solutions.**Job Responsibilities*** Analyze and interpret consumer and shopper data and translate it into meaningful solutions that create value every day for the client.* Drive usage and adoption of Circana’s consumer and shopper insights tools (Complete Consumer) across the client’s marketing and consumer insights departments.* Build sustainable client relationships and establish Circana as the indispensable partner and thought leader on consumer and shopper insights.* Domain expert and trusted advisor to the client, Circana Client Insights team, and Circana cross-functional partners.* Identify business issues and opportunities (including incremental revenue opportunities) and suggest the appropriate analytic approach to educate the client, shape their thinking, and influence the decisions they make* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - track and organize multiple work streams against several client stakeholders and manage time and resources against changing priorities* Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills including regular and proactive communication with the internal and client teams; present a professional image* Hybrid work environment with 1-2 days per week at client site in Arlington, Virginia.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.* 5-7+ years of CPG or retail experience with a focus on consumer and shopper insights.* Experience with consumer/shopper panel data or customer data required, receipt panel a plus.* Knowledge of UNIFY Plus preferred with the ability to drive client adoption of receipt panel along with scan panel in an integrated fashion.* Demonstrated expertise in translating consumer/shopper data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry.* Proven skills summarizing or presenting complex technical subject matter for/to a non-technical audience; strong and well-rounded communication skills with the ability to consult with clients to influence thinking.* Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain focus and poise amidst concurrent and competing priorities.**Circana Behaviors**As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
