B2B Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a driven, self-starting B2B Sales Representative to grow our transportation, warehousing, and logistics business across the Denver metro and surrounding regional markets. In this role, you will build a book of business from the ground up - prospecting new accounts, creating tailored sales packets and profiles, and closing profitable freight and warehouse business. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B closer who runs high daily activity, manages a disciplined pipeline, and is motivated by an uncapped, performance-based comp structure. You should be comfortable owning a territory in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and building relationships that turn into long-term accounts. Total Compensation (OTE): $80,000 – $130,000+ (base + commission) Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000, depending on experience Commission: paid on the monthly gross margin of secured business Weekly Activity Target: minimum 200 calls per week and a minimum of 4 sit-down meetings per week Gross Margin Targets: 25% of gross margin (transportation side), 5% of gross revenue (warehouse) Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life & AD&D insurance (eligible after 90 days of continuous employment, with agency-to-hire time counting toward the 90 days; RFMX / Houger Express covers 50% of the employee medical premium); 401(k) with safe-harbor match (100% of the first 3% deferred plus 50% of the next 2%, up to a 4% company match; eligible after 6 months); paid time off accruing up to 40 hours per year (rising to 72 hours after 3 years) plus 48 hours of Colorado paid sick leave; six paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas); Grant Cardone (10X) sales training with a dedicated sales coach; professional development Key Responsibilities Execute the RFMX sales and marketing strategy across transportation, warehousing, grocery, rail, and transloading service lines Build and manage a target list by location, volume, and business segment for warehouse and truckload opportunities Generate leads through ~100 outbound calls per week and consistent in-person stop-ins, driving toward ~4 sit-down meetings per week Develop tailored sales packets and profiles for each qualified prospect Research and target new markets using tools such as NAICS codes and the Reference USA database Pursue key segments including home materials, construction materials, solar & wind technology, air-freight preparation, retail, and oil & gas Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas while protecting company gross-margin minimums Track all activity, pipeline, and account updates in the CRM Ensure a seamless hand-off of secured accounts to Account Managers and Operations Present KPIs and pipeline updates at weekly sales meetings and represent RFMX at trade shows and industry associations (e.g., CMCA, DTC) Skills & Experience Proven outside/B2B sales experience — logistics, warehousing, trucking, or industrial preferred Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong prospecting, needs-discovery, and consultative selling skills Confident in-person presentation and relationship-building ability Disciplined daily activity and pipeline-management habits Experience using a CRM and sales-prospecting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus but not required Location & Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role based out of RFMX's Denver facility, combining office work with regular customer visits, warehouse environments, and trade events. Representatives need reliable personal transportation for daily local and regional travel, and should be able to walk facilities and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
