System Engineer II

System Reliability EngineerSystem Reliability Engineer for the Collaboration and Productivity organization. The position will work to support the portfolio of Collaboration tools within the T-Mobile environment including Dialpad, Cisco Webex, O365, Zoom. Customer focus is a must.Enterprise Core CompetenciesRequires expertise in Collaboration and voice solutions with customer focus, strategic thinking, operational support, Dialpad, Webex, Slack, O365 and familiarity with various voice technologies. Familiarity with Apple, and Windows Laptop configurations.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTier3 engineer partner with T-Mobile for Business in support of Dialpad deploymentTier3 engineer for audio and video support issuesPartner with vendor teams in support of Dialpad, Slack, Webex services, and voice servicesEnhance video/ voice reporting and monitoring toolsExcellent communicatorAbility to analyze and determine root cause on customer issuesCollaborate/Partner with other teams including T-Mobile for Business, corporate communications, Product and Technology communicationsQualifications Minimum RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience with telecommunications software. Dialpad experience required.Minimum 3 years working in an IT capacity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science or related experience a plus.License or Certification (None) Travel (None)Intake Information: Target hire date: 10/12No approved expenses.An understanding of VOIP services is critical.Candidate will support the Collaboration and Productivity services team as well as T-Mobile for Business.T-Mobile to provide laptop.
