Receptionist / Information Records Clerk - Inverness, FL (Contract, start 11/06/2026)
Provide front-office administrative support to a state family services office, answering inquiries and questions, assisting visitors, and handling customer complaints. Refer calls and in-person inquiries to the proper person, office, or resource. Complete follow-up on customer inquiries as needed. Pay Rate: $15.00/hr Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls
- Greet and assist clients and families who come to the office
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail, including the postage machine
- Keep the play room tidy when used
- Prepare closure letters
- Case filing
- Complete forms using the shared drive
- Assist with employee interviews
- Accept supply deliveries and stock the supply room
