Since 1970, Walt’s Danville Service has been the Tri-Valley’s preferred family-owned auto repair shop. We pride ourselves on honesty, quality, and getting the job done right the first time. Our facility is a technician’s dream: a 6,000 sq. ft. shop featuring tall ceilings and 24 skylights providing abundant natural light. The Role
We are seeking experienced, ASE-certified technicians to join our winning team. You will work on all makes and models, performing everything from routine maintenance to complex engine diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Full-Service Repair: Perform engine work, tune-ups, brakes, and suspension repairs.
Systems Maintenance: Service HVAC (Heat/AC) systems and electrical components.
General Service: Manage preventative maintenance, tire installation, balancing, and rotations.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years in the automotive industry (preferred).
Certification: Current ASE certifications are required.

Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities; must be a self-starter.

Requirements: Must have a personal set of tools and a valid/clean driver’s license.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with the team.
