Behavior Program Manager

About the Role We're looking for a Behavior Manager who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through positive behavior supports, compassionate leadership, and person-centered care. In this role, you'll provide behavioral oversight and support across residential and day services, partnering with individuals, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior support strategies that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
