A leading land surveying company in Virginia Beach seeks a Project Manager Licensed Land Surveyor with over 8 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have an active PLS license and proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Responsibilities include managing field crews, performing calculations, and ensuring quality control on deliverables and budgets.
