Requirements At least two years of experience with diesel tractors. A minimum of one year of experience with trailers or tankers. If you lack the experience, the completion of an applicable technical or trade school will be accepted. A strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Compliance with all company policies, rules, and procedures.
